Customer Update

The good news is that Uppercross Enterprises & Niko Bathrooms are open for business this morning, despite the best efforts of Storm Emma over the last few days.

However, there is still a large amount of traffic disruption throughout the Country, which will impact on our deliveries in the short term.

Goods collected by our carriers from the Uppercross and Niko Bathrooms warehouses last week will be delivered over the next 48 hours, assuming safe access to your particular area. Our transport partners will be collecting loads from our Dublin warehouses today (orders placed since Thursday) for delivery throughout the country, again depending on safe access to our customers’ locations.

Within the Dublin area, our logistics team will also be making deliveries today, however, early indications are that there is considerable traffic backup throughout the City which will have an impact on delivery schedules.

Finally, our Sales Team, Aidan, Colm, Niall, and John are on the road this morning but their efforts may also be curtailed depending on road conditions in each particular area.
